- Construction of Boundary Wall including 02 nos. of Gate with Guard Room for the campus of the proposed Alipurduar University at Alipurduar
- Construction of proposed CMOH office complex within the premises of Alipurduar district Hospital-Regarding permission for splitting of fire fighting works.

- Construction of Jaigaonopen Stadium, Alipurduar.
- Construction of First and Second Floor over existing Ground floor of Alipurduar Inspection Bungalow in the district of Alipurduar.
- Integrated Development plan and restoration of Buxaduar Fort, Buxa, Alipurduar.
- Construction of 2 nos Judicial Quarter, Alipurduar.
