Scheme : ( Mid –Day Meal ) Pradhan Mantri Poshan Shakti Nirman ( PM POSHAN )
- 1629 nos. of Govt.& Govt. aided educational institutions are covered under Mid Day Meal.
- 100% of schools are already provided LPG connection.
- The educational institutions in closed and distressed tea gardens are provided MDM in weekend and holidays in addition to regular weekdays at normal situation.
- All educational institutions are provided adequate utensils including rice containers with lid made of stainless steel.
- Training at regular intervals has been conducted for cook cum helpers for maintenance of health and hygiene at schools in collaboration with Utkarsh Bangla.
- During lock down period, MDM materials (rice, potato, pulses, sugar and soap) have been provided to 100% of the willing students following the State Guidelines accordingly.

1,80,025students already enrolled underPradhan Mantri Poshan Shakti Nirman( PM POSHAN ), Mid –Day Meal ,Alipurduar. ( As per portal December, 2022 )
