| Hearing and disposing of Payment of Gratuity cases under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and WB rules made there under | During the period a total no. of 1205 gratuity cases were handled through hearing. Further, two (02) no.s of special National LokAdalat were organized by the LabourDept in collaboration with District Legal Services Authorities for quick disposal of the cases.
